Who can buy from us?
The sale of all products which are offered here takes place exclusively to traders (B2B). Customers from Germany or Austria, please, use our German-speaking shop www.schmuckzone.de. Private customers / end users can buy all articles at one of our traders shops.
No prices visible?
Should you see no prices, you are either not logged in, or your access is in the 'Waiting' status. We inform new customers immediately by e-mail of their access data. After they log in with it, all article prices become visible. Please, have some patience till then.
Minimum order amount?
There is no minimum order amount!
Less amount surcharge?
As we don’t have a minimum order amount, a less amount surcharge of 2.00 EUR is applied to all orders below 30.00 EUR.
Shipments into Switzerland?
Directly to Switzerland we unfortunately deliver only costume jewelry.
Inventory, delivery times?
As an registered customer the currently available inventory is displayed for you at every article. This inventory is daily up to date and can be delivered within 1-2 working days (after receipt of your payment). Please, choose possible shipping/delivery services on our page Delivery Terms.
We don’t send catalogues!
Please note, that we send no printed catalogues. On the Internet we update our products faster and cheaper. In our shop you find news to newly arrived goods and novelties weekly.

Prices and discounts?
You find information on prices and minimum order quantities on the page Price Info. We offer registered customers an interesting discount scale. You find your discount scale in the 'My account' area after you logged on.
The shopping cart?
All items in your shopping cart are ordinarily stored. Thus you can make purchases time-shifted - work on your shopping cart at different times. If you want to make purchases completely anew, you should delete the contents of the shopping cart before . You can change this setting in the 'My account' area.
Change of the displayed currency?
You can change the in the shopping cart displayed currency at any time.

Packaging / Presentation of the articles
All ordered items are duly packed by us in small bags or in paper. Article presentations must be specially ordered. The shipping of the articles takes place in stable cardboards of appropriate size.
Right of return, back remittance
Your right of return for any article amounts to 7 days on receipt of the article. If you have already paid by cash on delivery or precash, we transfer back to you the suitable amount to a bank account named by you (on receipt of the article).
Complaints?
To ship only flawless items, we try hard in the final control of all articles. Nevertheless, every now and then it comes to complaints. If you are not content with our articles or jewellery items are defective, you can of course send this article back to us. We exchange complained articles or refund the purchase price (if the article is not available any more).

Quality of plating in gold-plated jewellery
All gold-plated jewellery has a plating of at least 3-4 micron. All chains and bracelets offered in this area have been gold-plated in the electrolysis bath with a thickness of at least 10 milliem for many years (10 grams of 24ct gold / 1000 grams of chain material). This way we ensure the outstanding quality of our products for our customers.
